ABOUT ME
I work with an integrative, highly relational and trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to each individual. The relationship between me and my clients is the most important foundation for how I work.
I am intuitive, creative and driven by the humility of understanding each of our human experiences.
For several years, I have worked with a variety of complex needs within a city centre charity, before setting up my own private practice.
I hold a degree in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, which I achieved with a first-class classification, despite the challenges of studying as a neurodivergent adult. More importantly, I have been shaped by the clients I have worked with and by my own personal development.
I welcome every client without judgment and with genuine care. As a neurodivergent therapist, following a late diagnosis, I offer shared understanding to ADHD and autistic clients. However, I work with and welcome all adults—whether neurotypical, diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodivergent—into my therapy space.
